Etna Rosato DOC - Fuliara

Description: From old Nerello Mascalese vines grown as saplings on the eastern side of Etna at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, the Etna rosé is cherry pink with floral and fruity aromas, fresh and persistent on the palate, excellent for aperitifs.

 Grapes: 98% Nerello Mascalese; 2% Nerello Cappuccio
 Vinification: Soft pressing, cold static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel. The grapes remain on the skins for 12 hours.

 Aging: Aging in steel for 4 months and in wood for 5 months (French oak barrique, 225lt oak barrels)
 Pairings: fish dishes and fresh cheeses.

 Serve cold 4-6°C
